1. MOTION REDUCTION – You save up to 3 to 4 seconds per extraction effort due to the fact that it is much easier to remove contents from an envelope opened on 3 sides versus 1 side. (No more pinching to remove contents.)
2. WORK QUALITY – When opening an envelope on 3 sides you will not leave a document behind! Many operations processing checks and relying on single sided envelope openers require an additional quality check on empty envelopes post contents extraction.  This often creates the need for a separate candling process to ensure no items have been left behind.
